Private Process Servers are Certifed Officers of the Court in Arizona and provide for due
process by certifying that a person has been notified of pending legal action concerning
them. As such, Private Process Servers are authorized to serve papers such as Subpoenas,
Summons and Complaints, Orders of Protection, etc.. After serving the court documents, a
Proof of Service is signed by the Private Process Server and returned to the client to be filed
with the appropriate court.
We have the experience to know where to look and what tools to use to find individuals who
don't want to be found. As Certified Process Servers, we have access to data that is not
